I was born in Europe and studied Visual Arts. After 10 years of having fun at the theatre with all the props and decorations, in 1997 I immigrated to Brisbane Australia. I had to choose a new career. Then life challenges took my health on a journey of twists and turns, life scares and limiting demands; all these have led me to pursuing health related studies to find answers and healing. After searching for answers from the traditional medicine professionals, I have decided in 2024 that was time to use my knowledge and faith to help myself to a lifestyle completely free of prescribed medication and a truly good health. I have achieved that to the surprise of medical specialists that could not help but prescribing more meds. Many of you can do this, as well, and I am here to help!

I’ve studied Bachelor of Nursing, Post Grad in Health Promotion, Dip of Life Coaching, Adv Dip of Christian Life Coaching (USA), Hypnotherapy (USA), Post Grad Cert in Ministries, Post Grad Dip of Arts, Master Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Trauma Release Exercises (TRE), Mindfulness, and Dynamic & Traditional Coaching techniques. I have read dozens of books and research articles. Along the way, I have developed a passion for helping others, especially women, sharing my knowledge and paying forward my wins. As I have immersed myself in the world of what is possible, I realized how our health care is more of a ‘sick care’, because we ‘wait to get sick’ before getting treatment, and more often remain dependent of those treatments for life. Preventing ill health makes a lot more sense to me. Why suffer if you have a choice?

Coaching is about “How?” – looking forward towards a goal, clarity, and full potential, whilst therapy is about “Why?” – looking back to understand and restore mental health dysfunctional patters. Therapy gets involved in your drama, whilst coaching invites you out of drama. Most people just want to move ahead in life, and they need a good coach for that, not therapy.

Most people live disconnected from their values – chasing goals, careers, or lifestyles that aren’t truly aligned with what energizes and fulfils them. The signs are easy to miss but hard to ignore – stress, overthinking, anxiety, feeling drained or even physical symptoms are all ways the body signals misalignment. When you live in alignment with your values, you experience more energy, presence, clarity and peace. Many people set goals based on what they think they should want or what sounds good to others. When this happens, the motivation is shallow and easy to collapse under pressure. Coaching can dig beneath surface-level answers to uncover the core emotional driver for our real reason why we choose a change and how to get there. It reveals why getting results, taking action, and being coached truly matters to you as a client.

During a wellness coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and your road map to progress in achieving your goals. You are in charge, as you know your life best. A good coach is just a sharp scalpel in your hands to remove obstacles and a bright light to shine a clear path.

The duration of a wellness coaching program can vary depending on your individual needs, goals and personal commitment to your progress. Some clients may only need a few sessions to achieve quite a significant progress; some may need a bit longer. Everyone has their own pace.
